4. Payments

4.3 Late Payments

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule work by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of deposit.

5.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone work due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, or unsafe working conditions. In such cases, any deposits paid will be refunded or applied to rescheduled work.

5.3 Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 7 days of completion. We will return to address any defects in workmanship at no additional cost.

6. Property Access and Safety

6.1 Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property during agreed working hours. This includes:

• Safe access to work areas
• Availability of electricity and water
• Removal or protection of valuable items
• Secure storage of our equipment and materials

6.2 Safety

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance and follow all relevant health and safety regulations. You must inform us of any known hazards on your property before work begins.

6.3 Pets and Children

For safety reasons, pets and children should be kept away from work areas during painting and decorating work. We are not responsible for any incidents involving pets or children on the work site.

7. Materials and Warranty

7.1 Materials

We use high-quality paints and materials from reputable suppliers. Unless otherwise agreed, we will select appropriate products for your specific requirements. You may request specific brands or products, which may affect pricing.

7.2 Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty on our workmanship. This warranty covers:

• Peeling or flaking paint due to application issues
• Cracking or bubbling from improper preparation
• Visible brush marks or roller lines

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Structural movement
• Moisture or damp issues not addressed prior to painting
• Client interference with wet paint

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLB Property Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or website unavailability
• Damage to property not directly caused by our negligence
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
